FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE SEWER MANHOLE IMPROVEMENTS AT VARIOUS\nLOCATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 PROJECT\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to issue final payment and file a Notice\nof Completion for the Sewer Manhole Improvements at Various Locations for Fiscal\nYears 2022-2023 Project (the “Sewer Manhole Project”). This project is funded by the\nWater Enterprise Fund (Account No. 52-9806-499920).\nRecommended Action: 1) Accept project as complete and approve final payment to\nAyala Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $283,508.50; and 2) Authorize the Public Works\nDepartment to file a Notice of Completion.
