4. APPROVE A CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH TOWNSEND\nPUBLIC AFFAIRS (TPA) FOR CLIMATE RESILIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY\nGRANT WRITING SERVICES\nPurpose: Authorize the City Manager's Office to expand the services of TPA to include\ngrant writing services for climate resiliency and sustainability efforts. Associated costs in\nthe amount of $60,000 will require a budget amendment from the undesignated General\nFund balance.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a contract with Townsend Public Affairs (TPA) for\nclimate resiliency and sustainability grant writing services; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract;\n3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the contract; and, 4) Approve a\nbudget amendment in the amount of $60,000 from the undesignated General Fund\nbalance for this purpose.
