CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED JULY 11, 2023\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing policy:\n· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget;\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· City Manager has reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nTwo contract amendments are being presented for City Council consideration:\n1) Michael Baker International, Inc. provides on-call water engineering\nconsulting services. The amendment increases the compensation of the\non-call agreement by $9,592 to make revisions to project plans and\nprovide additional bidding support services for the 33rd Street Water Main\nReplacement Project.\n2) DISC Solutions, Inc. provides professional consulting services to support\nthe City’s Diversity Coalition Committee. The amendment increases the\ncompensation amount by $36,000 and extends the term to June 30,\n2024.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated July 11, 2023
