COMMENDATIONS: WINNERS OF THE 2022 HOLIDAY HOME DECORATING\nCONTEST – F2M23-3\nMayor Andrade-Stadler and the Alhambra City Council, on behalf of the citizens of\nAlhambra, wish to recognize and congratulate the winning contestants from the City’s\n2022 Holiday Home Decorating Contest.
