11. Award a contract services agreement to MDJ management for the purchase and installation of\nexterior led lighting project at the water yard in an amount not to exceed $119,176 (Strategic\nPlan Item 46-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a Contract Services Agreement with MDJ Management\nfor the Purchase and Installation of exterior LED lighting at the Glendora Water Yard in the\namount of $108,341.10 with a 10% contingency in the amount of $10,834.11 for a total contract\namount not to exceed $119,176; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the\nagreement with MDJ Management including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; 3.\nApprove an additional appropriation to this project from the Water CIP Fund 530 in the amount\nof $14,176; and 4. Authorize the Acting Public Works Director to execute any necessary change\norders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the original contract amount.
