8. NOTICE INVITING BIDS: ELECTRICAL UPGRADING ON WELL NO. 9 – F2M22-36,\nN2M23-11\nWell No. 9 is located at 417 N. Granada Avenue. The electrical panel is over 50 years old\nand needs to be replaced and brought up to date with current electrical safety standards.\nOn May 23, 2022, the City Council awarded a contract to Civiltec Engineering Inc. for\nengineering design services to prepare plans and specifications for the project. The plans\nand specifications have been prepared and reviewed, and they are consistent with the\nCity’s standards.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve the distribution of a Notice Inviting Bids\nto qualified contractors for the Electrical Upgrading on Well No. 9 Project with bids due no\nlater than 10:30 a.m. on February 16, 2023, and opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day.
