D-2 CONSIDERATION OF A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL\nDISTRICT AND THE CITIES OF BALDWIN PARK, COVINA, GLENDORA,\nINDUSTRY, LA PUENTE, SOUTH EL MONTE AND WEST COVINA REGARDING THE\nADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING FOR IMPLEMENTING THE\nCOORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM FOR THE UPPER SAN\nGABRIEL RIVER WATERSHED\nIt is recommended that the City Council: (1) approve the Memorandum of Agreement\nbetween the County of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Flood Control District and the\ncities of Baldwin Park, Covina, Glendora, Industry, La Puente, South El Monte, and West\nCovina Regarding the Administration and Cost Sharing for Implementing the Coordinated\nIntegrated Monitoring Program for the Upper San Gabriel River Watershed; and (2) authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of the City.\nD-2 CIMP MOU Staff Report\nD-2 CIMP MOU Attachment A Agreement
