10. MODIFICATION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH LOS\nANGELES COUNTY AND MODIFICATION OF CONTRACTS WITH LARRY\nWALKER ASSOCIATES AND TETRA TECH INC - Council consideration to\namend the Memorandum of Agreement with Los Angeles County and contracts for water\nquality monitoring and reporting with Tetra Tech Inc. and Larry Walker Associates to\nadjust to increasing stormwater program requirements and source identification needs.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Amend Memorandum of Agreement with Los Angeles County and the Los Angeles\nCounty Flood Control District.\n2. Amend the existing contract with Larry Walker Associates to increase scope of work\ndue to increased National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit\nrequirements and authorize an expenditure authority increase in the amount of\n$15,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $642,594.\n3. Amend the existing contract with Tetra Tech Inc. to increase the scope of work due to\nthe increased National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit requirements\nand implement the Comprehensive Human Waste Source Reduction Strategy, and\nauthorize an expenditure authority increase in the amount of $401,996 for a total\ncontract amount not to exceed $1,312,991.\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
