CC 3.\nCheck Registers – June 11, 2023, through June 26, 2023.\nApprove the Check and Wire Registers for June 11, 2023, through June 26, 2023, in the\namount of $5,980,859.75 as presented.\nAt each regular City Council Meeting, the City Council is presented with a check and\nACH/wire registers listing the financial claims (invoices) against the City for the purchase\nof materials, supplies, services, and capital projects issued the prior three to four weeks.\nThis process provides the City Council the opportunity to review the expenditures of the\nCity. Claims are paid via checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, or federal\nwires. The justifying backup information for each expenditure is available in the Finance\nDepartment.
