CC 6.\nConsideration of adoption of Ordinance No. 1104\nAdopt Ordinance No. 1104, replacing Chapter 12.20 of Title 12 to the Lancaster\nMunicipal Code pertaining to Street Trees.\nThe City of Lancaster is dedicated to improving and protecting the health, safety, and\nwelfare of the citizens and neighborhoods within the City of Lancaster. Private property\nlandscaping should be maintained so as not to constitute a hazard to pedestrian use of\nstreets and sidewalks, or interfere with the safe travel of vehicular traffic.
