Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments and the City of Glendora for an Expansion of the Existing Regional Food\nRecovery Program in an amount not to exceed $135,958 (Strategic Plan Goal 4 - EMO)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Memorandum of Agreement\nwith the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for participation in the San Gabriel Valley\nRegional Food Recovery Program in an amount not to exceed $135,958; and 2. Authorize the\nCity Manager or his designee to execute the Memorandum of Agreement including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.
