Adopt resolution approving design and plans for construction of Community Park Turf\nReplacement and Improvements (Phase II - Fields 5 and 6) Project; approve modified plans\nand specifications for Fields 5 and 6, including requirements to utilize installation of artificial\nturf at Community Park with FieldTurf USA, Inc., under terms and conditions of California\nMultiple Award Schedule (CMAS) Contract Agreement No.4-06-78-0031A, Base Schedule\n#GS-07F-9631S; find that Cooperative Purchasing exception under Chino Hills Municipal\nCode (CHMC) Section 3.16.110.G applies to procurement process utilized by State of\nCalifornia Department of General Services (DGS), is substantially similar to CHMC Chapter\n3.16 and pursuant to CHMC Section 3.16.110.I and waive requirement that bidding have\noccurred within 36 months; authorize City Manager to negotiate and execute agreement in\namount not-to-exceed $785,351.69 with FieldTurf USA, Inc., under CMAS Contract\nAgreement; authorize staff to solicit bids for preparatory construction work, including infield\ngrading, installation of subgrade material, and drainage system prior to installation; and\ndetermine Phase II project to be exempt from review under California Environmental Quality\nAct
