A Public Hearing to consider a resolution to approve Tentative Tract Map No. 72413; Variance;\nand Development Plan Review for a private gated development of thirteen new single-family\nresidential lots, two private streets, a remainder parcel designated for open space, and flood\ncontrol structures (Project No. PLN14-0024; Applicant: Dreamland Investments, LLC; Location:\n950 North Silent Ranch Drive)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: Open and conduct the Public Hearing, accept evidence and\ntestimony presented and in the absence of substantial evidence to the contrary consider the\nfollowing: 1. Adopt an Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and, 2. Adopt a City Council resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.\n72413, A VARIANCE, AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR THE GRAND ESTATES\nPROJECT LOCATED AT 950 NORTH SILENT RANCH DRIVE; AND CERTIFYING THE\nPROJECT’S INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (PROJECT\nNO. PLN14-0024).”
