REQUEST FOR ADDITION OF FIRE DIVISION CHIEF POSITION\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve adding one (1) Fire Division Chief\nposition, and direct Finance staff to increase the department’s operating budget in\nthe necessary amount.
