Approve the following:\na) Resolution No. 23-37: Approving Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 84043 and\nSite Plan and Architectural Review (SPC/AR) 2022-016, subject to the\nattached Condition(s) of Approval (COA) in Exhibit A.\nb) Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-04,\n“An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California,\nApproving a Development Agreement (DA) for a Residential Project\nLocated on Valley Boulevard (APN(s): 8722-015-009 and 8722-015-\n032).”
