City Clerk Erica Stephenson was promoted to Assistant City\nManager effective July 1, 2023, resulting in the need to fill the City Clerk position.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
