1.10 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH EVERFENCE\nCORPORATION FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PERIMETER FENCE AT THE 19-ACRE\nPROPERTY\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing a construction contract with EverFence\nCorporation for the replacement of the perimeter fencing along portions of the 19-acre property, with a focus\non the frontage of the mobile home park and Alden Road. The existing fence along the 19-acre property is\ndamaged and failing and, as such, staff has developed plans to replace the fencing with new wooden fence\nto improve the functionality and aesthetics along the property as well as enhance privacy for the mobile home\nresidents.\nEnvironmental Determination: This project qualifies for an exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
