1.11 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE AGREEMENT FOR COMPLETION\nOF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT MAP NO. 18580, THE PINES SUBDIVISION\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing the extension of the Agreement for Completion\nof Public Improvements through August 31, 2024, related to the offsite improvements for Tract Map 18580,\nThe Pines Subdivision, which is located near the intersection of Mill Creek Road and Talmadge Road. There\nis an existing public improvements agreement associated with this subdivision which requires several public\nimprovements be completed as a part of this development, including street and utility improvements. The\nagreement is set to expire on August 31, 2023, and although the improvements are not completed, progress\ncontinues to be made. It is recommended that this agreement be extended for an additional year, through\nAugust 31, 2024.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
