1.15 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE GRANT DEED FROM RUTH L.\nHENRICKS, AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL A. MONTEPARA,\nCONVEYING TO THE CITY OF BIG BEAR LAKE THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY\nLOCATED AT 42106 BIG BEAR BOULEVARD PARCEL NO. 2328-111-08-0000; AUTHORIZING\nA FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET APPROPRIATION; AND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT\nFROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution approving the grant deed for the property located at 42106\nBig Bear Boulevard (APN 2328-111-08-0000) and authorizing a Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget Appropriation\nfrom the following unassigned fund balances: General Fund, Sanitation Fund, and Measure Y.\nEnvironmental Determination: The transfer of ownership of the Property is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (hereinafter,\n“CEQA Guidelines”) Section 15061(b)(3), as acquisition of the property would not result in potentially\nsignificant impacts to the environment, which are defined by Public Resources Code section 21068 and\nsection 15382 as substantial or potentially substantial adverse changes in the environment, given that the\nproposed action only provides for transfer of title to the Property and any future projects on the Property\nwould be subject to review pursuant to CEQA.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
