1.9 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE KNICKERBOCKER\nCHANNEL FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution accepting the work and authorizing the recording a Notice of\nCompletion for the Knickerbocker Channel Fence Replacement Project. In April 2023, the City Council\nawarded a construction contract to EverFence Corporation for this project in the amount of $41,888. Work\ncommenced in early June 2023 and the project was completed, to the satisfaction of Public Works staff, as\nof June 28, 2023.\nEnvironmental Determination: This project qualified for an exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
