Amend the FY 2022/2023 Capital Improvement Program by:\na. Creating the Uptown Bollard Installation Project; and\nb. Allocating the amount of $19,441 in 2021 Homeland Security Grant (Police\nDepartment) funds to the Uptown Bollard Installation Project; and\nc. Allocating the amount of $5,129 in Pavement Manage Program Local Match\nfor State/Federal Grant funds to the Uptown Bollard Installation Project; and\n01232023\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Change Order to the contract\nwith Three Peaks Corporation in the amount of $80,608.10 and adding the Uptown\nBollard Installation Project to the contract for the 2nd Street & 3rd Street at Avenue E\nRoundabouts Electrical/Lighting & Hardscape Project – Project No. 11165.
