Adopt the Amended and Reinstated Resolution 2022-60, a Resolution declaring its\nintention to establish the Yucaipa Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD)\nand establishing the Yucaipa EIFD Public Financing Authority (PFA) that provides\nfor an updated boundary exhibit; and\n01232023\n2.
