Conduct a Public Hearing and subsequently adopt Resolution No. 2023-01, approving\nthe annexation of Tract Map No. 17349 into the City of Yucaipa Landscaping and\nLighting Maintenance District No. 1; and\n2. Adopt the methodology for and enact the assessments therein.
