12. Award an Agreement to Air-Ex Air Conditioning, Inc. for Library Boiler Replacement in the\namount of $94,822 (Strategic Plan Item 49-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15302(c) of the California Code of\nRegulations; 2. Award an agreement to Air-Ex Air Conditioning, Inc. for Library Boiler\nReplacement project in the amount of $94,822.00; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee\nto execute the agreement with Air-Ex Air Conditioning, Inc., including minimal and/or non-\nsubstantive changes; and 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute any necessary\nchange orders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the original contract amount.
