Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) with American Global Security, Inc., in\nan amount not to exceed $375,000 per year, to provide unarmed security services at one or more\nAnaheim Public Utilities facilities for a three year term with up to two one-year extensions; and\nauthorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute and deliver the\nAgreement and related documents and to take the necessary actions to implement, fund, and\nadminister the Agreement.
