13. Approve an agreement with Valiant Global Defense Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed\n$2,553,812, for intelligence analyst services for a one year period with up to four one-year\noptional renewals, with a total contract not to exceed amount of $13,532,005, with costs\nreimbursed by the Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) grant funding; and authorize the Chief of\nPolice to execute any amendments or renewal options under the terms and conditions of the\nagreement.
