Waive the competitive proposal requirements of Council Policy 4.1 and approve an agreement\nwith Jonathan Price Design, in an amount not to exceed $40,000 annually, for graphic design\nservices for a one year term with two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute any related documents and to administer the agreement.\n4 July 18, 2023
