Waive the attorney-client privilege that currently attaches to the investigation report prepared by\nJL Group, LLC (“JL Group”) so that a redacted report can be prepared for public release; and\nwaive the attorney-client privilege for the specific and limited purpose of allowing the California\nAttorney General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation access to a confidential unredacted\ncopy of the JL Group report.
