7. Award of Bid to Energy Management Corporation (G.P. Electric) for Electric Motor Repair,\nRefurbishment and Replacements at the Prices Bid\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following actions:\n1) Award a bid to Energy Management Corporation (G.P.
