1. Award of Contract to Hinderliter, De Llamas and Associates (HdL) for Tax Management\nand Audit Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve an award of a three-year agreement with two one-year renewal options with\nHinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (HdL) to provide Tax Management and Audit\nServices; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\ndocuments/amendments, upon the review of the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report
