13. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023/2024 THRU 2027/2028 MEASURE I FIVE-YEAR\nCAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council enact the following actions:\n1. Approve Resolution No. ____-2023 adopting the City of Barstow's Measure I Capital\nImprovement Program for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 through 2027/2028 and waive the full reading.\n2. Direct staff to forward a copy of the adopted resolution to SBCTA.
