Award $101,094.90 construction contract for Residential Slurry Seal - Burning Tree\nRoad Project to Petrochem Materials Innovation, LLC and authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n5. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
