Bewley\nStreet (Contingent upon approval of Housing Authority agenda item no. 3)\nDepartment(s): Community Development Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a pre­commitment\nletter with the Illumination Foundation for $2,021,319 in Homeless Housing,\nAssistance and Prevention funds and eight (8) project­based vouchers for the\ndevelopment of the Intergenerational Housing Project located at 918 N. Bewley Street,\nSanta Ana, CA 92703, (APN 198­231­10), subject to non­substantive changes\napproved by the City Manager and City Attorney (includes determination that\nrecommended action is exempt from review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15194 (Affordable Housing Exemption), as\nthis project meets all the required criteria as a 100­percent affordable/permanent\nsupportive housing development).
