9) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF ONE LONG DEPLOYMENT SURVEILLANCE\nTRAILER WITH AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION AND VIDEO CAPABILITY FROM\nINDUSTRIAL VIDEO & CONTROL\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid in the amount of $72,329 from\nIndustrial Video & Control;\nb. Utilize funds appropriated in Resolution No. 8064 to pay for the purchase of the Long\nDeployment Surveillance Trailer from IVC; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with IVC in the amount not to\nexceed $72,329.
