RESOLUTION NO. 23-45 APPROVING A THREE-YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT\nIN THE AMOUNT OF $44,299 WITH GOVERNMENTJOBS.COM,\nINCORPORATED FOR WEB-BASED APPLICANT TRACKING, HIRING, AND\nONBOARDING SERVICES AND INCREASING BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS\nFOR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES\nGovernmentjobs.com, Incorporated doing business as NEOGOV, provides the\nparamount Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for public sector\nemployee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, benefits\nadministration, and management. The approval and implementation of\nNEOGOV will significantly upgrade the City’s employment processing platform\nand improve the employment cycle from initial job advertising through retiree\nbenefits administration. Resolution No. 23-45 approves a sole source purchase\nof NEOGOV and increases General Fund appropriations for contractual services.\nThe contract with NEOGOV will cost a total of $44,299 over the three-year term.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-45, which\napproves the sole source procurement and three-year contract with NEOGOV,\nincreases General Fund appropriations by $9,541 for contractual services, and\nauthorizes the City Manager to execute the contract.
