APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 72302, A 4-UNIT CONDOMINIUM\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT 1308 STEVENS AVENUE\nThe development project located at 1308 Stevens Avenue, is a 4-unit\ncondominium on a 7,249-square-foot lot. Staff and the Los Angeles County\nDepartment of Public Works have reviewed the Final Parcel Map and\ndetermined it is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act, Conditions\nof Approval, and the City’s ordinances regarding subdivision. There is no fiscal\nimpact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve Final Parcel Map No. 72302,\nauthorize its filing with the Los Angeles County Recorder and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Subdivision Agreement on behalf of the City.
