FIVE YEAR INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS INTEROPERABILITY\nSYSTEM SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT WITH AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF\n$11,232\nAs a member of the Verdugo Fire Communications System, the San Gabriel Fire\nDepartment uses the Interagency Communications Interoperability System (ICI\nSystem) as the primary radio communications infrastructure for routine and\nemergency response operations. The cost of purchasing, upgrading, and\nmaintaining the complex system and mountain top repeater sites is shared\namong the system users. The total cost per year of the ICI Subscriber agreement\nis $11,232.00.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager or designee\nto execute the ICI System Subscriber Agreement and approve the issuance of a\npurchase order in the amount of $11,232 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
