2) CONSIDERATION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR SOUTHSIDE SEWER CIPP LINING\nIMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM - PROJECT NO. 24004\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award the construction agreement for the Southside Sewer CIPP Lining Improvements\nProject (Project No. 24004) to Southwest Pipeline and Trenchless Corp. as the lowest\nresponsible bidder.\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute an agreement with Southwest Pipeline\nand Trenchless Corp. for $822,817.00, in substantially the form as attached and in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize 15% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if\nnecessary, with the City Manager's approval, for unforeseen conditions.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments to the\nagreement.
