Item No. 19. 2023-0537 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO\nAGREEMENTS FOR CONTRACT SERVICES TO\nPROVIDE ON-CALL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES TO THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE\nPUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, EXTENDING THE\nTERMS OF THE CONTRACTS UNTIL JUNE 30, 2024.\nRecommendation: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 6 to Agreement for Contract\nServices with KOA Corporation to provide On-Call Engineering\nProfessional Services extending the term by additional one (1)\nyear until June 30, 2024 (Exhibit No. 1).\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 6 to Agreement for Contract\nServices with Westberg and White, Inc. to provide On-Call\nArchitecture Professional Services extending the term by\nadditional one (1) year until June 30, 2024 (Exhibit No. 2).\n3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 6 to\nAgreement for Contract Services with KOA Corporation following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4.
