14.9 Consideration and Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with CWE for the\nStormwater Urban Master Plan, CIP No. 080 for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $543,721.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement for the development of the\nStormwater Urban Master Plan, CIP No. 080 with CWE for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$543,721 which includes an Agreement amount of $494,291 plus an approximate ten\npercent (10%) contingency of $49,430;\n2. Authorize the appropriation of Safe Clean Water funds in the amount of $543,721 for the\nStormwater Urban Master Plan, CIP No. 080; and\n3.
