Approve a Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Ramona\nProperty Managers, Inc. to extend the Agreement term through December 31, 2023 and\nincrease the Agreement amount from $85,300 by an additional $59,750 for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $145,050 to provide on-call property management services for the M\nMotel Homekey Program Site; and\n2.
