C. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH SANDRA MEDRANO TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES\nFOR THE CITY’S HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS\nThe City Council is requested to approve the Second Amendment to the\nConsultant Service Agreement with Sandra Medrano to assist with administration\nof the City’s home improvement programs.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Second Amendment to the consultant services\nagreement (Attachment “A”) with Sandra Medrano (Medrano) to provide\nhousing consultant services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 and increase the\ntotal compensation by $43,698, for a total of $151,993; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Second Amendment\nwith Medrano for FY 2023-24.
