Award a contract for the Police Department Locker Room Renovation\nProject – Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Survey Report and Abatement\nMonitoring to Converse Consultants as the responsive and responsible bidder in\nan amount of $33,980 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract;\nand\n2. Authorize a contingency amount of $5,000 to cover the cost of unforeseen\nconstruction expenses.
