Approve plans and specifications for the Hollenbeck Park Pickleball Court\nConstruction Project – Project No. P2404;\n2. Award a contract for the Hollenbeck Park Pickleball Court Construction\nProject – Project No. P2404 to Siterep Construction Services, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsive and responsible bidder in an amount not-to-exceed $217,364 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract; and\n3. Authorize an amount of $20,000 as contingency to cover the cost of\nunforeseen construction expenses.
