Award a construction management services and grant management services\ncontract for the Covina Recreation Village Project to Siterep Construction\nServices, Inc. as the responsive and responsible bidder in an amount of\n$929,662.20 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract; and\n2. Establish a contingency allowance of $100,000 for additional services if\nneeded.
