10.e Azusa Avenue Sidewalk Renovation Project from Arrow Highway to Badillo 55\nStreet – Award of Contract to FS Contractors, Inc. for an Amount Not-to-\nExceed $442,250.00\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Azusa Avenue Sidewalk\nRenovation Project\nfrom Arrow Highway to Badillo Street;\n2. Award a contract for the Azusa Avenue Sidewalk Renovation Project from\nArrow\nHighway to Badillo Street to FS Contractors, Inc. as the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder in an amount of $442,250 and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Contract\n3. Authorize an amount of $10,000 for any unforeseen construction expenses;\nand\n4. Approve Resolution CC 2023-64 to appropriate $30,000 from Environmental\nFund\nBalance and $22,250 from Proposition A.
