Award a contract for the Covina Park Improvement Project – Covina Park\nAquatic Pump Building Roof Replacement to Commercial Waterproof\nSystems, Inc. dba ERC Roofing & Waterproofing as the responsive and responsible bidder in an amount of $95,700 and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Contract; and\n3. Authorize an amount of $32,000 as a contingency to cover the cost of\nunforeseen construction expenses.
