10.g City-Wide Alleyway Resurfacing Project 99\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Award a contract for the City-Wide Alley Repair Project to G.M. Sager\nConstruction., Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in an\namount not-to-exceed $173,145 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract; and\n2. Authorize an amount of $17,314.50 (10% of overall contract amount) as a\ncontingency to cover the cost of unforeseen construction expenses.
