AWARD OF CONTRACT TO FIRST CLASS HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, INC., FOR\nHEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE SERVICES (FUNDING\nSOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council award a contract to First Class\nHeating and Air Conditioning, Inc. for heating, ventilation, and air\nconditioning maintenance services and authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto an agreement in an amount not to exceed $100,700 annually, for an\ninitial contract term of three years with two optional one-year extensions, for\na total contract amount of $503,500.
