CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO MICHAEL\nBAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), HOME AND HOME-ARP\n(AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021) GRANT ADMINISTRATION\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1.
